Draft Rregulation on Amateur radio Services in Republic of Kosova ENG

Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) based on:
        - Article 4, paragraph 4, 35 paragraph 2, and 64, paragraph 1, of the Telecommunications Law 2002 / 7, as amended by Law nr.03/L-085,
        -Kosovo National Plan of Allocation and Utilization for Radio-Frequency Spectrum approved by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo in June 2011 date 23 June 2011,
        -Recommendations T / R 61-01 and 61-02
        - ITU International Radio Regulations (Volume I, edition of 2004)
has drafted "Regulation for Amateur Radio Services," by which are determined the criteria and procedure for certification and licensing for all interested parts in relations with amateur radio services in the Republic of Kosovo.

Regarding this should be announced and invited all interested parties on this matter to express comments /their views in writing within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, respectively, from 22 November 2011 until 22 December, 2011.

After evaluating suggestions, remarks and comments that are accepted on e-mail addresses below, TRA will proceed with the interpretation of questions, suggestions and possible requirements under provisions of law.
